A multi-disciplinary team, not a referral network

The Neutral Zone is a Vancouver-based organizational health consultancy serving BC and national clients. We combine clinical counselling, workplace investigations, mediation, facilitation, training, coaching, strategic planning, and change management under one roof.

Our eleven consultants average over 20 years of experience each. Every one of them does the work directly: no account managers, no junior staff, no hand-offs to someone you haven't met.

Most of our work comes from repeat clients and referrals. A 100% client recommendation rate over 25 years is harder to achieve than any marketing campaign.
