Katya is a consultant with extensive experience since 1992, working with small and large organizations on various assignments such as organizational change, technology projects, trainings, and investigations. Her expertise includes facilitation, change management, business analysis, project management, stakeholder engagement, and investigations. She is both a Prosci certified Change Management consultant and a Project Management Professional (PMP), allowing her to integrate change management into project environments.
Katya has worked with diverse stakeholder groups across various unionized organizations such as Government Ministries, Crown Corporations, Universities, and Health Authorities. Her expertise in gaining agreement on requirements, addressing change management issues, and using business-specific knowledge of project resources effectively contributes to project success. Additionally, Katya conducts thorough investigation processes and produces clear reports to ensure due process is followed in addressing organizational issues.
Katya holds an MBA from the University of Texas and a BA in Economics from Smith College. She has over 15 years of experience in corporate and small business management.
Katya specializes in business analysis, organizational analysis and change management, project management, group facilitation and workshops, investigations of allegations of conduct issues including harassment, strategic planning, operational planning, and systems review.
